Project Case Studies

Lockard recognises the capacity to change has become a source of competitive advantage for successful companies.

For years we have worked with our customers to bring about dramatic and essential changes that separate them from their competitors.

Lockard has a unique ability to work with a business to use information technology for delivering corporate objectives. By understanding the business drivers, business cycle and competitive market, we can develop strategies to align IT with the business.

Technical advancements have been impressive in recent years but in 2007 such advancements are a given. However, on their own technical improvements are not enough. Processes and procedures provide a sustainable technical platform, lead to stronger governance and increase likelihood of an organisation achieving the maximum return on its considerable investment in IC&T.

Lockard specialises in change management, not just the technical environment but introducing practical processes, procedures and standards that snugly fit our customer’s culture and business environment. This must be achieved in the context of sound financial management, with all capital projects delivered on time and to budget.

Lockard’s success is reflected by our ability to win repeat business with from our existing customers.

The following case studies demonstrate Lockard’s approach and highlight some of our success.
